There is something so magical about shadow boxes. To me, its like getting a little peek into an alternate universe. I have created many versions of shadow boxes using these blank board boxes from C and T Publishing.
I am also a huge fan of moulds for clay and recently stumbled across this wonderful web site, Mad About Molds. If you like using moulds for polymer clay, you have to check this site out! I found this sweet little shabby rose mould on their site.
I used a similar mould to create the flowers here in one of the shadow boxes. I used Sculpey III and dry brushed the flowers with metallic paint to add some depth.
I love these rub on sentiments from Royal and Langnickel. I used them all around the sides of the boxes for a mixed media look.
A beaded thread hooked to the bottom of the box adds the perfect finishing touch!
Live Life Creatively,

These are so pretty! Especially love the birds nest one!
