Welcome to another inspiration and prize packed week of the Cornish Heritage Farms 12 Weeks of Summer Fling. This week, our design team is heating things up with the All Things Considered stamp line so if you hopped over from Laura's Blog, you are in the right spot!
When CHF decided to promote the ATC line this week, I knew right off that I wanted to spotlight their Evergreen Holiday stamp set.
I decided to make these thrifty christmas ornaments. I say thrifty because I fashioned my shapes out of recycled cereal box cardboard. Now if you are not up to making shapes from cereal boxes, which does take a bit of time and patience, a just as green alternative is to use recycled mint tins, tuna cans or other small tins and cans. You can paint the tins or use patterned or stamped paper to cover them.
I painted the cardboard and used various combinations from the set to create individual themes.
I used Smooch by Clearsnap to add just a dash of color to different parts of the images here and there. Add a touch of Christmas greenery and some bling... its never to early to get ready to deck the halls!
Just a few tid bits on the 12 weeks of Summer Fling Hop--

Beautiful ornaments - even though it's humid and over 80 degrees outside, these put me in a holiday spirit.
